Backorders are processed within 5-15 business days.<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at <a href=\"mailto:shop@paintmynook.gr\">shop@paintmynook.gr<\/a>. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Free Shipping to Attica for orders over 100\u20ac<br \/>Free Shipping to Greece for orders over 150\u20ac<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Cash on Delivery Service option: if this option is chosen, the COD fee is included in the shipping cost calculation.<\/p>\n<h6><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Important note if you use Geniki Taxydromiki as your shipping service<\/span>: You can change your mind and switch from Service Point pick-up to Buyer&#8217;s address delivery, but a fee of \u20ac2.00 will be charged in advance for this adjustment to take effect.<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">International Shipping<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">We offer international shipping to:\u00a0 EEA Countries, the EFTA countries and the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. PAINTmyNOOK is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Refunds, Returns and Exchanges<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds are not given, but you can exchange the product you purchased for another one, minus the shipping costs for the return.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:shop@paintmynook.gr\">shop@paintmynook.gr<\/a> with your order number and a photo of the item\u2019s condition.
