Order Processing

  • We are located in and also ship from Athens, Greece.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Backorders are processed within 5-15 business days.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at shop@paintmynook.gr. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.

Store Pickup

Store location: PAINTmyNOOK 1 Themidos str., Marousi, 15124 Attica GR
Orders can be picked up: Tuesday – Friday 12:30 – 19:00 and Saturday 12:30 – 16:00.

Shipping to Greece

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days using your selected delivery service. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Free Shipping to Attica for orders over 100€
Free Shipping to Greece for orders over 150€

Cash on Delivery Service option: if this option is chosen, the COD fee is included in the shipping cost calculation.

Important note if you use Geniki Taxydromiki as your shipping service: You can change your mind and switch from Service Point pick-up to Buyer’s address delivery, but a fee of €2.00 will be charged in advance for this adjustment to take effect.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to:  EEA Countries, the EFTA countries and the United Kingdom.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. PAINTmyNOOK is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds are not given, but you can exchange the product you purchased for another one, minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@paintmynook.gr with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
